Mark has been passionate about sports, fitness and music his whole life. After a sporting injury he found hot yoga and hasn't stopped since. Mark is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga for men's mental health, removing the yoga stereotypes and creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Steph stepped foot into her first yoga studio in her home country of Bermuda over 5 years ago and she has never looked back. She believes that little daily doses of mindfulness and movement can have positive impacts on our overall wellbeing.

Jaimi is a yoga teacher and environmentalist and strives on a daily basis to live a life of Ahimsa. She is passionate about sharing the total wellness benefits of blending the ancient wisdom of Yoga and caring for our environment.

Hummy is a Bhuddi yoga practitioner, who follows the traditional hatha yoga systems. Her teaching focusses on elements of the body (Mahabutas) and the different stages of breath, energy channels and will power.

Kate is an avid sports women who has come to fall in love with yoga. It is her joy to share the practice that has given so much to her. Kates classes are the perfect blend of strong and soothing, with a focus on alignment and safety.

Cara was first introduced to yoga while studying at the New Zealand School of Dance. She soon realised how much joy it brought her to not only practice for herself but to share this ancient wisdom with others.

Kona yogic journey began in Hawaii, where he was taught his first Downward Facing Dog. Kona wishes to share The Practice with as many people as possible, as yoga has given him an increase of energy and zest for life.

Kate fell into yoga via Ashtanga. She has gone to add power vinyasa, yin, pre & post natal, alignment and even teaching yoga in Spanish. Kate has experience teaching in Mexico, Nicaragua, Colombia and around Australia.

After completing her first 200hr teacher training in India in 2015, Hayley has gone on to add another 450 hours of training including Yin, Vinyasa and more. Forever a student, Hayley strives to weave aspects from a variety of lineages into her classes to create fun and inspiring flows with a strong emphasis on breath and alignment.
