We chose infra-red heating as our preferred method of warming the space, as it slowly heats the surface of your body. It is 100% safe and natural.
Infrared heaters help as an immune system booster, improve blood circulation, reduce joint stiffness and are allergy friendly.

The heat helps you to relax the mind and build physical fitness of the body.
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga, flowing from one pose to the next to the tune of your breath. Every class is different - that's why we love it so much. It's a fun, flowing sequence, usually with some music in the background that you can groove to or block out. At the end of class you bliss out and incorporate all the benefits of the asanas in a simple meditation. When you join our Vinyasa sessions, you can expect to increase your body strength, build muscle tone, and bliss out whilst you work up a SWEAT!
Power yoga is a contemporary style of yoga based on traditional yoga styles. Great for students interested in building strength and fitness with a focus on anatomy and alignment. Our power yoga sequences aim to push you outside of your comfort zone, make you concentrate, focus on the moment and help you to de-stress.
Mooloolaba (mulu) is the Aboriginal word for schnapper fish or (mulla) red-bellied black snake.
