VINYASA
Vinyasa yoga is a creative and dynamic style of yoga known for its focus on connecting breath with movement to create a harmonious and flowing practice. Vinyasa sequences vary from teacher to teacher and each class incorporates a different range of both traditional and modern poses. You will be guided into a state of flow through seamless transitions that help build strength, flexibility and balance.
POWER YOGA
Deepen your physical yoga practice with one of our Power classes. Move through a series of strength-building poses with a focus on anatomy and alignment, aimed at getting you out of your comfort zone and helping you break through barriers. Power Yoga will leave you feeling empowered, revitalised, and ready to conquer the day ahead.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
Enjoy the creativity of a Vinyasa sequence at a slower pace. This gentle and meditative style of yoga is a soothing blend of stretching, balance, and mindfulness. Explore each pose for several rounds of breath to calm the mind, release tension from the body and enhance flexibility. The slow and deliberate pace of each transition allows you to deepen your awareness of your body, breath, and the present moment.
YIN YOGA
Our Yin Yoga class targets deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Poses are held for 2-3 minutes (sometimes longer!) to give you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. This class perfectly compliments your hot yoga practice by opening up blockages and allowing your energy to flow freely.
VIN YIN YOGA
A beautiful blend of Vinyasa and Yin. VinYin yoga combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep, restorative poses of Yin. The first half of the class is a heated Vinyasa flow to warm the body and rid it of excess Prana (energy), and the second half transitions into the stillness of Yin allowing for deep release and relaxation. Both energising and calming, every yoga student will benefit from making time to practice Vin Yin.
HANDSTAND CLASSES
Have you ever wanted to learn how to do a Handstand?
This class is suitable for beginners and intermediates, this class teaches you everything you need to know from wrist & shoulder preparation, key balance drills, shapes, how to fall safely and much more all the way up to freestanding handstands.
We also explore Yoga Arm Balances so you can integrate Yoga specific inversions into your Practice.
This is an interactive class and lots of fun!
PILATES
If you’re looking to tone, sculpt and shape then this class is for you!
This heated mat Pilates class will have you working muscles you didn’t know you had.
Be guided through a full body workout with a focus on core engagement with breath awareness and mindful body control.
