6 Week Meditation Course

This 6-week meditation course is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and build a steady, meaningful meditation practice that fits into real life.
Meeting for six one-hour sessions on Monday evenings, each class gently layers technique, understanding, and experience. You’ll explore a range of traditional and accessible meditation practices, including breath awareness, mindfulness, mantra, and japa meditation, with time for guided practice, reflection, and questions each week.
The course is designed for both beginners and those wanting to deepen an existing practice. Rather than striving for a “quiet mind,” the focus is on cultivating steadiness, self-awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with your thoughts and emotions.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore how meditation supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, clarity, and presence, drawing from both ancient wisdom traditions and modern understandings of the mind.
This is a supportive, small-group environment where consistency is encouraged and curiosity is welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed.

Summer Solstice, Pachamama Ceremony
Meditation & Sound Journey Followed by a Blessing to Mother Earth

A truly magical way to close a deeply transformative year — perfectly aligned with the powerful energy of the Summer Solstice and the New Year.
In the Andean tradition, Pachamama is the sacred name for Mother Earth — the life-giving force who nourishes, holds, and sustains us.
To honour her, we’ll come together in a traditional Despacho Ceremony, one of the most meaningful rituals of the Andes. This ceremony offers a heartfelt way to give back to Mother Earth and express gratitude for all she has provided.
Much like a mandala or sacred artwork, a Despacho is created with symbolic offerings infused with our intentions, prayers, and wishes. As each element is placed on the Despacho, the collective energy of the group rises, creating a beautiful, uplifting vibration throughout the space.
This interactive practice invites us to create from the heart and reconnect with the three sacred worlds:
Ukupacha (the Lower World), Kaypacha (the Middle World), and Hanaqpacha (the Upper World).
As we hover our hands over the completed bundle, many people feel subtle shifts — a sense of harmony, healing, and alignment with their intentions.
As the Solstice marks a turning point of light and the New Year opens a fresh chapter, we gather to honour the closing of this powerful cycle and plant meaningful seeds for the one ahead. This ceremony supports us in expanding our vision and setting intentions for 2026 with clarity and heart.

Breath and Sound Journey – Transformational Journey

Join us for an immersive workshop combining transformational breathwork, meditation, and sound to awaken your inner vitality and restore balance from within.
Through guided conscious connected breathing, you’ll open pathways for emotional release, clarity, and expanded awareness. The practice will flow into a deep meditative state, supported by the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing sound vibrations.

The Art of Flow

This masterclass is an invitation to step beyond the familiar and explore the artistry of practice. Through seamless transitions, creative sequencing, and the weaving together of music, breath, and movement, we’ll enter a flow state where the practice becomes less about shapes and more about a moving meditation that is fluid, dance-like, and deeply embodied.
Together we’ll journey towards peak postures, not just as a physical destination but as a pathway to discover new possibilities in your body and your mind. Expect to be challenged, inspired, and surprised by what unfolds when you let the practice carry you.
This experience is open to all levels. No matter where you are in your practice, all you need is a willingness to try. You’ll be guided to explore at your own pace, while still being taken to new places within you.
Guiding you is Hayley Wanders, a senior teacher with over a decade of experience leading advanced trainings and retreats across the world. With a background in facilitating 300-hour programs and mentoring teachers and facilitators, Hayley brings both depth and creativity to the practice, offering you tools to expand your own understanding while immersing fully in the joy of movement.

Song and Mantra
with Isabel Rumble
Join Isabel for a heartfelt evening of connection through music and gentle movement.
A gifted musician and inspiring yoga teacher, Isabel’s warm and nurturing presence will guide you through the practice of mantra chanting, accompanied by the soothing sounds of her acoustic guitar.
You will then be invited to sink into a restorative yin yoga journey, supported by the healing vibration of live music. The evening will close with shared cups of tea and heartfelt conversation.

Fascia Melt

Fascia is known to be the scaffolding of the human body. It shapes your posture and holds the story of your life. This connective tissue is highly innovated, responsive, adaptable and deeply alive.
This workshop is a 2-hour journey of slow unwinding, self-massage and sensory exploration. You will be guided through a fluid flow and learn a ground-up fascia ball sequence to free your own pain/adhesions that you can implement in your life.
